  • Is there a monthly fee and what does it cover?

    Depends on which plan you choose. On our 80/20 plan there are no fees whatsoever. On our Platinum plan, there’s a small monthly fee of $99.

  • Is there a transaction fee?

    On our 80/20 plan there are no transaction fees. On our platinum plan, there’s small fee of $250 per sale or $75 per lease. Our Diamond has $0 transaction fees.

  • Is E&O included?

    Yes. We cover the E&O fees.

  • What is your E&O insurance coverage? Do I pay for it?

    VIP Realty covers the cost of E&O insurance, which covers every transaction you do with a coverage amount of no less than $1M per occurrence.

  • Do you have physical locations?

    Yes. However, our office location is for our office staff and where we hold our training/ office meetings. VIP Realty does not provide individual office space for Realtors. That’s why we can offer such great splits, technology & support.

  • Can I work part time?

    Yes.

  • Will I have broker support?

    Yes! VIP Realty has an on-demand support team to help with whatever you need. The team includes transaction specialists, board & MLS experts, tech support & brokers for compliance questions and more. You can tap the team whenever you want by gmail chat, email or phone.

  • Do you offer training?

    Yes! From contracts to marketing, we’ve got you covered. Online and inperson training is available.

  • Can I set up a team under me with commission splits?

    Yes! VIP Realty offers the flexibility to establish your own real estate team. You can set your own commission structure with your team members.

  • May I negotiate my commission with my clients?

    Yes! You are able to charge as much or as little as you choose. It’s your business and we’re here to support you.

  • How am I paid for commissions earned?

    Our agents get paid directly from the title company at funding. You’ll submit a CDA form to the title company detailing how commissions are to be disbursed.

  • Do you provide leads? Is there a company split on leads?

    Yes! We have an overflow of leads. When we assign you an officce leads you'll pay a referral fee to our office.

  • What kind of marketing material do you provide?

    Real estate is about branding yourself & generating leads, and VIP Realty is here to help. From Facebook Ad creation, SEO, Google AdWords to pre-built listing & buyer presentations. We’ve got you covered!

  • Where do I meet my clients?

    When showing homes you’ll meet your client at the first home on your tour. When meeting sellers, you’ll meet them at their home. Offices are rarely used, if at all for meeting clients.


    If a professional office is needed you can schedule one of our office conference rooms when available. Most all title companies and mortgage companies will also let you use a spare office or conference room to meet your client.


  • Are company meetings required?

    No. However, we do provide great training during our meetings that will assist you take your real estate career to the next level.

  • Is VIP Realty a HUD Certified brokerage?

    Yes!

  • How soon can I start working with VIP Realty after I sign?

    The same day!
